Then you ask about Dandelion, at which point Menge will get paranoid and call the guards. There will then be a follow-up quest in which you'll learn the location of Dandelion. Dandelion will be freed no matter what, you can't mess that up. Djikstra will be upset with you if you don't ask about his treasure, but it actually doesn't make a huge impact on the game.
